Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn and unwashed merchandise in original condition.
Please contact us within 2 days from the date you received your package (local or international). Please state the order number and your name to request a return.

How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be authorized and confirmed by us before you send the merchandise back. Once you receive our confirmation, merchandise must be returned within 2 days.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase (e.g. bank deposit / Paypal / Credit Cards...etc)
Please note, refund via bank deposit will be processed free of charge, while  refund to other payment methods (Paypal / Credit Card...etc) will be charged a fixed handling & processing fee of HKD 40 regardless of the amount of refund. The handling & processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If you no longer have the invoice, you may print a copy from the My Account area.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Qualify for a Return
  • Merchandise must not be worn(without the smell of perfume), altered, or washed.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • If you received damaged products please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
  • If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise?
  • Tights, socks, swimsuits, accessories as jewelry, sunglasses and so on cannot be returned.
  • Sale items can not be returned.
  • We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.
*Please contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return. After receiving an Return address, you may proceed to return your items for a refund.
